Meditation is like working out your brain. It takes practice and discipline. If you want to experience the benefits of meditation, press play on these guided meditations every. single. day.
Here's a possible schedule to begin: 7 tracks for 7 days
Week 1: Tracks 1, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 4
Week 2: Tracks 9, 2, 3, 6, 2, 3, 9
If you'd like suggestions for how best to utilize more of these tracks, do not hesitate to ask during sessions or classes. The best thing you can do to realize the benefits of meditation is to keep sitting, even when you don't think its working and especially when you don't want to.
