Mindfulness Based Healing is an 8-week class for those interested in learning mindfulness meditation, changing their perspective to more present living, or simply learning non-medicinal ways to destress. The next class will be held at our Watertown offices and begin on January 18th at 7:00am. The class will continue every Wednesday until March 8th.
